The takeover of Brighton Mining Ltd mentioned in the announcement means that seed holders at last may receive shares in Brighton Mining Group. This is for me nearly three years later than was indicated.
I was pretty amazed to see the company raising $4M, my first thought was why wuould anyone invest in this company. There has not been any announcement of note from management for almost a year now. Jonathan Remta is buying any share offered around 7c so I guess he is confident.
Given the buy side is non existent holders will just have to be patient.
