The board can not produce the quarterly report before the due date. They are more likely to lodge the report in the last minute after the closing of the trading. If this simple thing can not be done on time, can you as a rational thinker REALLY expect them to update us whether they have lodged the most crucial application for Outbound Investment to Shanghai NDRC office?
