A lot of posters here getting wound up over the performance rights but can't see the forest for the trees, you need to stop for a sec, leave emotions at the door, and understand some facts...
Fact 1: the only people who stand to benefit from the performance rights are David, Tim, Sean, and Dasari.
Fact 2: regardless of what you think, these guys are not gifting themselves a bonus, rather your fellow shareholders are by way of a vote on these resolutions.
Fact 3: of these guys, only Sean is a shareholder with 2,714,160 or 1.20% of the registry in his name, not enough to get these resolutions over the line on his own, not that he can vote on his own resolution anyway.
Fact 4: in order to get a majority vote, you would need the whole of the top 20 and then some to vote in favour.
Fact 5: like us retail punters, these shareholders will get diluted and don't stand to make a single cent ROI until the SP increases, their interests are 100% aligned with our interests.
Question time: so why, @rocket973 @mickloff et al, would anyone other than Sean vote in favour of these resolutions? Why will they?
Make your own inferences.
