Technical triggers are being 'set off' on the charts, meaning it is coming up as a buy on many TA scans.
They have good projects that they are working on, and we are waiting to see if they have got a short track to one of the projects to get it to market quicker.
Obviously some stale bulls selling too, as the stock has tried hard to push through this resistance several times in the last few months / weeks.
