I think the CR had already been done for the $20 Million required for the plant, I recall a special price discount which went out to larger investors which was via certain brokers only and they raised the money in several days must of been around 6-9 months back now. It would be nice to see it back up between the 60-65 cents as I have been on the prowl to top up as even at sub 50 cents still a good buy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
