What's happening

Does anyone have any idea what is happening with this share? Have held this share since it was introduced, and I really like the idea behind the company.

They come out with some great announcements that I would have expected to have a positive impact on the share price, but they still seem to be dropping like a rock! Is it simply because they are low on funding, or are there any other danger signs I'm missing?
