On the one hand MMX want to see Mitsubishi write out a huge cheque and then on the other say we have made no money.
They have already done the deal with Mitsubishi so a capital gain even though not yet quantified will be chased.
This process has a long way to go by the time experts argue on calculations.
Including I expect an appeal process from one side or another.
The way you and MMX want to argue there is no factor attributed to the time and risk factors of when the money comes in.
On that basis MMX should just keep raising funds at 10 cents a share like the original funds. Why should anyone have to pay anymore as based on your and MMX arguement there is no time and risk factor to be applied.
No fat lady singing just another long boring drawn out process.
