Good afternoon - no I didn't jump off a bridge when CHM got knocked over by a "road train" of sellers - I have been in Colombia looking over a gold mine (not full of social stimulants either).
Perhaps of some interest:
The 10/12 Fed Court appearance will require both CHM and MMX to submit their "orders". I think what that means in laymans terms is that they state what they seek based on what the judge handed down and what their legal advisors have subsequently recommended. In the case of CHM it is quite likely that they will continue to argue that they should be the beneficiary of a % of the Jack Hills resource amongst other things.MMX will of course submit other orders which are relevant to their view.
I believe that if CHM do not get what they want they will appeal and I believe they have the backing to do that.
So this long winded action appears to have no finite conclusion.
