This is all hype, I just got off the phone with a guy in the West who knows one of the Vendors, He has bailed out of ALL his shareholding in AMA and they (AMA) have defaulted on his outstanding Vendor payments.
I hope there is not any insider trading going on cos the directors might have a tough time explaining how they bought millions of shares off market from this guy at 3.75cents and then the share price goes up considerably.
I should think legal action against the company is the only way to address the defaulting on payments.
