Thanks Slam, On to it.

Sent Frankie an e-mail to see if they can knock up a couple of ferro-cement runabouts for the new fishing venture. Everything else under control - rods, tackle, drinks,lunch etc.

Just waiting for the chap at the government office to read through the Fishing Impact Study (FIS) I gave him written on the back of a rum crate. Turns out he cant read but wont tell anyone.

So here we are stuck up the Zambezi with a couple of ferro-cement runabouts, surrounded by fish and unable to get going because the chap cant read the FIS.
