@zenji on the 21st of February GLA announced the sale of the subsidiaries was complete so that step towards a new project is done and dusted .Note the bit you hadn't underlined :
"It is the view of the Board that the disposal of the Company's interest in the Zapucay Project ...will be a condition precedent to any potential capital raising and acquisition"
I reckon they may be in the final stages of nailing down a deal.I keep a very close eye on tenements in WA and have come across a few new pty ltd's unlisted with very nice tenement holdings which I reckon will end up in one of these juniors that is looking for gold projects . I have covered the bases by taking starter positions in a few juniors like GLA,CDT and SPI that I think might end as a potential home for some of these pty ltd companies
