JC Sorgs AllMatterGreen ... there has been a little bit of land moving lately into Middle Eastern/Chinese hands. Nothing to stop land prices from falling though. There is a lot of debt here in the West and now Elders and Landmark have dropped out of the 'lender of last resort' window we seem to be approaching a kind of debt crisis. How are things travelling in your necks of the woods?
Nobody is talking much about it but budgets are looking grim for this year ...
