At 1/8/12 MCE announced that they had $98 m orders for the next 6 months. In July the plant was running at near expected rate.

On one day in October there was the second largest purchase of MCE stock in the last 5 years.

In the last 6 months new rig orders from Atwood, Seadrill, Transocean , Sete Brasil .....to name just some have created a large backlog of construction orders in Asian shipyards.

Your reliable grape vine may well be correct about redundancies.....but I find it hard to reconcile with the facts above. Can you declare your hand and tell us where these rumours came from so that we might test the veracity of it? Anyone , particularly someone with such a consistently negative angle , can pull rumours out of the air. In contrast , the data I quote is all from unconcealed sources if you care to look.
