Everything is protected by patent by the csiro there was some discussion why they left the patent with them. The reason mainly is they have the pockets deep enough to defend the patent as was the wifi in america. CSIRO has patented a process not the hardware so you can relax on that one.
On this forum everyone is hanging on tightly for the big announcement which wont be to much longer . Everything is much on track much tree shaking so you need the intestinal fortitude to hang on Short term traders dictating the price now
