It sounds like the classic "attempting to grow too big tto quickly". In hindsight, rather than chasing Enersligh, they should have put the money raised into Mungana. When you are as big as BHP you can have 24 projects in execution, but for a company the size of KZL, it was ludicrous to try and keep so many projects on the boil.
