DrWood, profit and sales were up btu it all boild down to EPS. they issued so many shares in acquisitions it diluted EPS a great deal and offset the gains. It was below analysts predictions and appears as though second half will be similar from guidance. if it gets to 40c again i might dump. always chance of further takeovers but and maybe this time with cash/debt the main funder.
