I think they were undervalued before this announcement. WHy wouldnt they fly with those projected earnings, plus they have no debt and have 20mill in the bank. They have raised the further 10mill, not the full 30 mill, which they needed. If the government signs the contract I think they would double easily. Do you disagree with that?
