They have a net tangible asset backig as at 31/8/03 of 3c. The company will be placd in volutary liquidation at the AGM (resolutions are on agenda).
The company has issued statements to the effect that they have been sounded out to acquire company as a listed shell.
The price has subsequently risen with the purchase of shares by related parties at well above NTA. They r not stupid!!!
The only thng i can think of is that it will not go into liquidatio but cme back as a comlpletly new coy with a new focus...BIotech maybe???
