currently 291,650,000 shares on issue,,,13,888,889 to be issued for $250k...plus another $2,250,000 to be raised in the future, doesn't sound bad,as long as they get some of their systems working in china... in saying that,it didn't sound bad 5 years ago when i invested in this company,
at least it will be trading again,.
