The possible rise in price could be from a write up in the Intelligent Investor newsletter which said good things about them and put them down as a
recommended BUY.
This newsletter edition was for the week 25 Apr - 8 May and from the look of the chart the volume increased from the 26 Apr for a few days.
Anyway the write said good things for them so stay tuned. I'm looking to get in though it could be a little late, who knows.
