    I emailed the company on IvyKoin and got a few replies the other day

    1. Exposure is limited to $100,000 investment and consulting and advisory support

    2. No lockup period on the IvyKoin tokens

    3. No word yet on when primary exchanges begin trading the tokens, which I find pretty weird

    4. Gave a guarded response on whether the sell down of tokens will be used to offset any capital raising. The reply was that it was unknown whether that would happen, but the company will 'progressively assess the markets'.
