So embarrassingly It seems I thought I was on BOQ forum when I posted. Idiot.

But anyway my point about this company being an unrecognised stock still stands. It builds houses for the common people - not off the plan strata in Auburn where you will end up one bedroom not two due to a 'variation' or lifestyle holiday homes on the beach at Byron bay. It's the boring steady sturdy well known builder with longevity not the flashy millionaires architecturally designed home for money market men with huge mortgages and too many wrong investments. It builds for mums and dads and kids and THAT my friend is a growing population.
