1. how does one spereate the PPA with Ausgrid, and the electricity derivative hedge (s) .....the accounts do NOT give suffiecent info to value these .....
2. offer to buy the remaining assets of redbank project .....this has to be via the administrator .....and so would require creditor approval / meeting .....
3. also requires approvals at various levels of govt (and can the Feds claw back any of the funds received by AEJ ?)
delays ....and nil updates .....
