The share price of NSP does not reflect the true value and has been regularly manipulated by parties known and unknown.

Now what is the true and known is that the directors gave themselves shares at 7c, so we can assume that the value is somewhere north of that. Having said that, they issed shares to themselves at 10c last year.

I think, given the above, we can safely assume that the directors don't really know what the value is or at least they are happy to see the value decline.

I will be suprised if you don't see a small (few $1,000) trade on the upside as part of the window dressing into the AGM. This has been the usual MO for this share in years gone by. If history is any guide, we will see the price rise into the AGM and decline shortly after.
