Not sure what you are saying here. All i can see is that Michael Anderson (an exceptional marketer) has moved on, and Tom Whiting has taken a position on the board. GL has been promoted to fill the vacant MD position, and Craig Burton is no longer with Exco.

Cooke still there
Konecny (exploration) still there, although now promoted to Chief Geologist
Reeve still there
Sullivan still Chairman
Shore (exploration/resource) still there
McLarty and Byrne still there

A new Exploration Manager (Doug Cook) with 25yrs experience in exploration has come on board

In summary EXS key personnel with geology and exploration backgrounds: Cooke, Whiting, Konecny, Shore, and Cook.

Couple this with EXS having lots of land to explore, and the dollars to invest in drilling, I think the next couple of years are shaping up to be just as fruitfull as the previous few.
