    No worries noellyn. It was an obvious misinterpretation on my part. I misunderstood the "Final Directors' Interest Notice" as "no longer having an interest" in EXS, then my mind went wondering... that's all. But thanks for the response from all of you. (I learn something new every day - How good is that!)
