It really is a way better outcome for EXS holders to get the larger amount back, and EXS will still be loaded. I doubt he would have left due to the IVA negotiations- that's jkust buisness as usual, and a good outcome for him, too.

If EXS goes down a half cent or a cent here and there right now, it is just because the markets are so terrible. Every share is being affected. Bosses leave workplaces all the time, for all kinds of reasons. A talented fella like him will probably pop up somewhere.

EXS is still a rock in these markets.
