what's going on...?

I'm just wondering, but do any of you out there that think something's on the nose? Something's just not quite right? MA's resignation did appear to me to be (indeed) sudden and I'm wondering if IVA's pressure to hand over as much of the proceeds from the CCP sale back to us might have not been exactly to MA's plan's for our future and he wasn't at all happy about it, and now here is the result... his resignation. But I'm sure he is a man of much better quality than that. H'e didn't ever come across to me as the type to spit the dummy, but just take a look at what he's sacraficed - 1,750,000 shares and all that dividend income and tax benefit's that comes with it! That's over half a million buck's in value to him! If the departure of MA was amicable, then why wouldn't he wait until the end of the year or at least until the dividend is notified?
Remember gang, I am only just wondering - so I thought I'd throw it into the ring for discussion.... any opinion's?
