    Appointed CEO of Ottoman Energy (OEL) with no previous experience running listed companies, presided over $100m of losses in two years , shareprice collapses 90% and remains at GFC lows , gets given his cards , ends up at MOS on a huge salary and you ask 'whats going on'?
