can someone please explain to me, how AGL can enter into a contract with BG/QGC to store and supply gas to QGC, from a storage facility which they don't even own????
ok, I understand that that AGL Gas Storage agreement will have a "get-out" clause, which would void the agreement between AGL and QGC in the event of AGL not successfully acquiring MOS, but what a gamble by AGL !
How does AGL enter into this contract, commit to QGC to fund, develop and operate OUR OUR OUR Gas Storage project, and WE / MOS MOS MOS, don't even know about the proposal???
