    Hi,

    I know very little about this stock but have heard there is a takeover bid.

    Can anyone elaborate further - I am currently treking through the ann.

    Also, sp has risen quite high - is it too late or still good potential?

    Novice investor and have not experienced take over and pros and cons regarding it.
