Lefroy Resources (ASX:LEF) has appointed Corporate & Resource
Consultants (CRC) as technical consultants to define quality assets for
acquisition.
CRC will subscribe for 3m shares, and 3m attaching options at 25c
each with a June 2009 expiry, to raise $600,000 with the funds used for
carrying out project evaluation.
The company will undertake an option issue to existing
shareholders on the same terms at 1c per option on the basis of one new
option for every two shares held.
The issue is subject to approval at the annual general meeting.
Lefroy shares were in a trading halt and last traded at 17.5c.
