Alchemy Resources will raise at least $4.8 million from option conversions.
The company?s directors announced they would convert at least $1 million of options they hold, and Bell Potter Securities agreed to underwrite the conversion of another $3.8 million worth of options.
The 25c options expire on August 31, at a 21.4c discount to the company?s 30-day VWAP (based on closing prices) of 46.4c.
Alchemy said Bell Potter had advised the company that sub-underwriting applications for the option conversion scheme were ?significantly oversubscribed?.
