    Interesting - I flagged the possibility of BRM losing port allocation back in January...if only I had been prescient to Wah Nam's wiles earlier!

    "Wah Nam may be a risk of losing port allocation if they are not seen as being procative in developing Marillana.
    As I recall BRM did not pay anything for the allocation."
