I noted when they got involved last Dec and sold out in Feb,that AOE SP had dropped by about 50 cents.
If B of A were shorting AOE and contributed to the SP drop,i would say that was to the benefit of RD Shell > a lower T/O price.
If they were buying now to benefit RD Shell,it would be likely in the case of being able to make it harder for another party by having a bigger stake in AOE. Also there is no real downside to their stake in AOE,only upside,if or when another bid comes in.
Just my theory.
