Some HC posters have made mention of their concerns re SP dilution once the extra shares are issued and subsequently dumped for a quick tidy profit. I would expect the majority of holders of these extra shares to be looking for more than a quick buck and have "the bigger picture" in mind, waiting for Buddy to come closer to realising their full potential before they take their profits.

Don't worry there will be a shortfall in thew SPP. There are a lot of small suffering shareholders in Potash that will just throw the SPP Entitlement Offer in the bin when it arrives.
