There might not be an announcement, they halted trading while they dealt with a broker over fund raising, so the info did not create further instability in the SP. On the other hand, they might have struck a deal, and there are some new owners of NKL.
I have also been holding and accumulating since IPO, so hanging on like everyone else.......
