I disagree if your involved in so many countries with probably millions of businesses to sell OHMS too and all you can pull out of it is sheet. That to me is failing on the sales front. I think it's a little deeper than the industry itself at the moment and that's my opinion. FIXABLE yes but the industries fault I would say NO.
