Correction. Just checked the ASX announcements. Zentri was all stock, Noveda was stock and/or cash at buddy’s discretion. But still, the cap raise was not specifically for the acquisitions. The acquisitions had to be disclosed because of the raise. neither was ever signed, it was just announced as “intent” to acquire.
