Very possible that others didnt like such a deal, so it remains undeveloped.. other than cobalt prices just went ballistic in past yr...

DRC doesnt have a good reputation in terms of ethical and professional manner.. many other cobalt exploration companies even use it as a PR point -the fact that they are not in DRC with all the 'bad practices'.. (funny how the western world is so full of such behaviour)..

However the local mine regulatory system, as with many african countries, has now changed into something much more stable..

So the opportunity has been taken up..

If one feels its too good to be true, but actually feels that it is so good.. then perhaps load up a half position or similar, for starters

Cos as many on this forum realise..
If this is really for real.. then within 3 to 6 months the sp movement could potentially be kindof... fantastic... but lets wait for all results to come out first..
