    is it been manipulate to keep the price low?

    this happens to ABP then come out ann abt 25c placement. SP start runnin from 20.5 to 24.5 at close today. We may see more rise as pple may want in for the right issue?

    wonder if MCW will do the same? Placement at 30c?
