This and PDN both seriously oversold, right at the beginning of a long term sector boom. Treat them as whole new stories, use your understanding of their histories.
Considered dropping my PEN for the tax effect but didn't need to, and might as well let them recover as a good play now, and averaged down by buying into PDN bigtime.
