What will PEN be worth??

OK quite time of year, so lets have a guess at what pens share price (not market cap) will be as of
1: 30/06/2017 &
2: 31/12/2017
So hears my call
30/06/2017 PEN will close at 46 cents/share, with a positive sentiment based on a very slowly recovering U308 commodity price. Capital raising for Lance earlier has seen yet further dilution.
New York listing will not occur this calendar year.
No new supply contracts. (mainly because Co doesn't want to lock in low prices on production)

31/12/2016 PEN no longer listed on the ASX. Taken over by PEL (or other associates of PEL) after a sustained period of share price lack of performance ( some will be calling SP manipulation) T/O price about 50 CPS. Independent advisors report states that the takeover price is not fair, however with the lack of a competing bid it is reasonable.

So that's my view. What's yours?
I'll revisit this thread in about 6 & 12 months and see just who was closest to the money.
