if you listen to that broadcast he did say that they would need to raise funds for RAND so i think dilution would come as a placement..
Im selling at 55 my only concern we get paper work together send it in then it all falls through so your kind of tied up not knowing what to do.
As for holding on for a few extra cents for me its well worth is i have a large holding.
