I think Brett Manning is basically buying these small parcels- they are only 2k or so at a time- as a way of trying to signal things are on track.
Don't want to sound like I'm hatching some sort of conspiracy here but when you look at it why else would someone who already holds several 100,000's shares keep buying small parcels on the market. Whatever the case he's buying consistently.
Still a waiting game but from his track record I think Manning attempts to please the market and for now I reckon he sees this as being a simple method for giving a thumbs up.
