Well to me New Hope is Right on Track."They" may mutter that due to poor Management all the windfall cash will be distributed back to ShareHolders.That is Not Only the Special Dividend[72cents]but these broker "heroes" are muttering that NHC can't or won't buy anything significant/company making with their Extra cash Kitty of a Billion$$ plus.

I'm assuming I'm chatting with actual ShareHolders here,not mere blow in know nuttings/research doers.

New Hopers,we have Top Notch Management in place.Our share is particularly for the Long Haulers.It's not this week's Special as touted by some youngster fresh outta Uni doing Broker Reports.
New Hope is too tightly held for these nonces to get a corner on.Washington Soul Patterson Enterprises do NOT spin PR cr...,garbage.Management just does the Job,it is not wanting Glory Boy Press and Hot Tip Status.

I'm thinking that the definite date for close will be in the Yearly Announcement.
But IN this Announcement/Chairman's Report I'm anticipating NEWS Wonderful on what the Cash Booty is going to be spent on.
and I'm anticipating that IF there's a Post Dividend retrace it will NOT be to the Full Extent of the Special Div[72cish or ~$1 if tax taken FF into account.

Do you follow?I'm saying even buying now you COULD Nett some cents say 10/15 even 20cents out of the Price post Dividend.
and pilgrims2mammon could be,if the capital spend announcement is well,highly acceptable to the Market that a Buy at current Prices will not on stay above current 560 but shoot away consistently even Post Dividend.

Right Purchase/TakeOver and New Hope COULD Be say $7 by years end.
