    Call me old fashioned, but quotation marks are generally used to indicate words written or spoken. For the sake of clarity, could you point us to where Ian or anybody else has said 'expenses vs projected receipts based on ACV' will be used as a measure of when break-even is achieved?

    To my way of thinking, ACV refers to the combined value of multiple legally binding contracts which will, over the course of the contracts, result in cash receipts and ultimately CFP/BE and profitability.

    Not to be a damp squib or rain on anyone's parade, but history is no guide to the future.

    Happy to trust a former EY partner to know what he's talking about when it comes to the company's finances.
