I wanted to see if anyone else had any ideas whether a combined Pointerra & Nearmap (NEA) would create an amazing outcome for all shareholders involved.
I previously had shares in Touchcorp (TCH) which merged with Afterpay (AFY) & now trades as Afterpay Touch (APT). Individually both companies had a market cap of less than $200m so the blended share price was $1.60. Now it's $16+ & was $23 in the highs.
If say NEA/3DP merged, it would be a pretty nice outcome I would of thought. Obviously we are tiny in comparison (at the moment).
