- They can be used to draw attention to words or phrases.

Again, for the sake of clarity, my use of quotation marks was to draw attention to a topic under discussion which @jaluma described specifically with the words 'Given we are already close to break even....' (refer HC Post #: 37012257)
I can't recall Ian having said 'expenses vs projected receipts based on ACV' will be used as a measure of when break-even is achieved, however, if I happen to find any similar wording in existing announcements, I'll let you know.
