Through the years I have been in companies where the small shareholder has been sold off by unscrouplus management. This too has the stench of a deal been done why did management just reject such a bid, Management is looking to test the response of the holders. We will be lucky if we get 15 or 16 cts ultimately, unless a bid comes from another source.
